OiEau was able to develop and perpetuate many partnerships with the private and public sectors. Despite the sharp drops in subsidies over the past two years and the heavy reforms in the field of training, the association has managed to bounce back: activity has progressed, reaching an unprecedented level (almost € 16 million in operating income). OiEau can rely on a highly qualified workforce made up of national and international experts. Most employees have a permanent employment contract.
