OiEau, facilitator of exchanges OiEau regularly organizes study visits of foreign delegations to France, in order to share the French experience in water management, on the scale of large and small water cycles. In 2019, delegations from Korea, Moldova, Nepal, etc. were welcomed, with specially designed programs, according to their expectations and the profile of their members. Thanks to our 45,000m 2 of educational units in Limoges and La Souterraine, we propose technical visits, coupled with exchanges with our large network of partners (regional stakeholders, emblematic organizations in the sector, institutions, etc.). Ecuadorian delegation – Dec. 2019 Central and Eastern European Delegation Nov. 2019 EUWI+ project (see p 13): Meetings of official representatives and experts from Armenia, Azer- baijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine with the French Ministries of Ecological and In- clusive Transition, Europe and Foreign Affairs and Solidarity and Health. Study visits to water stakeholders. Workshops on French water policy in connection with European Directives, France's involvement in transboundary cooperation in wa- ter management, INBO (see p 32), quality control of drinking water, etc. Chinese delegation – Sept. 2019 Visit of a delegation from the Hai River Commission (China), led by its Director General Mr. HU. In Paris, institutional meetings with Water Agencies, the Ministry of Ecological and Inclusive Transition, the Seine Normandy Basin Committee and technical training on Water Law Enforcement provided by the French Agency for Biodiversity. In Nice, exchanges on the prospects for cooperation, as part of the work of the Europe- China Water Platform and a technical visit (water and energy), as part of the Var River’s SAGE (Water Development and Management Plan). Burkinabé delegation – May 2019 In Paris and then in Limoges, Mr. OUEDRAOGO, Minister for Water & Sanitation of Burkina Faso accompanied by a delegation composed of the Permanent Secretary for Integrated Water Re- sources Management and the MD of the Nakan- bé Water Agency, met the Seine-Normandy and Loire-Brittany Water Agencies and the officials of the Region New Aquitaine. The institutional and technical cooperation initiated over 10 years ago and the incubation of development projects were at the core of their discussions.
